11. Prof. Theodor Bergman, Emeritus Professor, Stuttgart University, (Germany) and Prof. Li Wei Min, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing (China) visited the Department on 23rd January 2007 and delivered a talk on Rural Poverty and Reforms in India and China Today: A Comparison.
